Every year, many research institutions publish methods that can make people stronger, but Dong said one or the other, and I don’t know which one is the best to do. In the latest Journal of Age and Aging, Japanese experts have found 8 ways of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. As long as you execute 6 of them, you can extend the poverty for 5 to 6 years.

This study was hosted by public experts from the School of Medicine of Osaka University in Japan. Their research team conducted a large-scale local survey and sorted out health data containing 45 regions in Japan, with a total of 49,021 people and a total of 20 years. The average age of these people is 56.8 years old. In the 20 years, we learned about the diet, exercise, drinking, smoking, sleep and body quality index of the subjects. We found that as long as we implement 8 living habits, the risk of death can be greatly reduced.

{8 long-term living habits:

①Eat fruit at least once a day, or at least seven times a week.

② Eat fish at least once a day, or at least 7 times a week.

③ Drink milk almost every day.

④ Regular exercise, walk for at least half an hour a day, and exercise for at least 5 hours a week.

⑤The body quality index is within the standard range.

⑥ Do not smoke, and have never touched cigarettes or have smoked, but now I have quit smoking.

⑦ No drinking or drink a small amount of alcohol.

⑧Sleep enough, sleep 5.5 to 7.4 hours a night.

The more chronic diseases, the more effective it is, the more effective it is. At the end of the study, a total of 9,865 people passed away. Further analysis shows that for men, the death risk of those who only maintain 0 to 2 healthy living habits can be reduced by 12% for those who maintain 3 types of habits, and the death risk of those who have 4, 5, 6, 7 to 8 healthy living habits can be reduced by 15%, 32%, 40% and 47% respectively. The proportion of mortality reduction in women is slightly lower, with 3%, 26%, 33%, 38% and 44% of death risks respectively.

In the 40-year-old ethnic group, those who maintain 7 to 8 types of healthy living habits, compared with those who only have 0 to 2 types of healthy living habits, men can extend the depletion for 5.3 years and women can extend the depletion for 6.2 years. Even if you already have chronic diseases, maintaining a healthy habit of living can prolong your life. Even if there are more chronic diseases, the longer you can prolong your life. If there are 1, 2 and 3 chronic diseases, there are only 0 to 2 healthy living habits. If you can maintain 6 healthy living habits, the longer life time will be 6.9, 8.3 and 8.7 years, and the more chronic diseases, the more effective it is.
