According to British media manchesterworld, Garnacho was allowed to extend the holiday by Manchester United to facilitate his departure in the summer transfer window.
Manchester United resumed pre-season training earlier this week, but five players did not participate. Garnacho is one of the five players who were allowed not to participate in this week's pre-season training. Manchester United welcomed the first group of first-team players back to the training base on Monday, followed by some players participating in international competitions back on Thursday morning.
ESPN reported that Garnacho was allowed to return to training, but insiders of Manchester United insisted that this was not the case and his situation had not changed. Manchester United's medical and rehabilitation facilities will still be available to him if he wants, and remote support will continue to be provided. All parties are hoping to find a permanent place for the 21-year-old this summer, and he is believed to be more inclined to stay in the Premier League.
Naples tried to sign Garnacho for a £60 million offer in January, but failed. However, the Serie A giants hope to sign him at a lower price this summer. For Manchester United, they obviously want to get as much money as possible by selling Garnacho, but from a financial standpoint, the deal will bring net profit. However, they also cautiously avoid overpriced prices, resulting in the inability to complete the transfer, as it is obvious that Garnacho has no future at the club.
Amorin told Garnacho in May that he would find a new club this summer, a reaction to his bench when he was placed against Tottenham in the Europa League final. After the game, Garnacho said: "Until the final, I was helping the team every round, and today I only played 20 minutes, I don't know why. The final will affect my decision, but the situation throughout the season and the club will also affect. I will try to enjoy this summer and see what happens next." If Garnacho fails to complete the transfer in the next few weeks, he may return to Carrington Training Base for pre-season training when other first-team players travel to the U.S. for tour. Rashford has been doing personal training at the club training base this week and was photographed arriving at the base shortly after Amorin left. Garnacho also has the option to do so if he wants.
