According to a statement released by Savills on Thursday (May 22), Zheng Shuzhen has more than 40 years of experience, including 24 years of specializing in facility management and facility service projects.
She was named Outstanding Women of the Year by the Singapore International Facilities Management Association (SIFMA) in 2021 and was named Real Estate Professional of the Year by the Royal Society of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 2019.
Savills Singapore has appointed industry veteran Zheng Shuzhen as the group's managing director. She will be responsible for coordinating the company's property management and facility service-related businesses to promote operational integration and strategic growth.
Savills said her joining marks an important step in the company's optimization of leadership teams and integrating property and facility management.
