Regulations: Article 34 of the Regulations prohibited within the scope of rail transit facilities:

Phenomenon:

6. What other behaviors are "not allowed"?

Article 6 of the Dalian Rail Transit Regulations clearly states that the construction and operation units of rail transit shall be determined by the municipal people's government in accordance with the law. Rail transit operation units shall impose administrative penalties in accordance with the authorization of these regulations.

Article 46 of the Dalian Rail Transit Regulations stipulates that the rail transit operation unit has the right to conduct safety inspections on items carried by passengers. Passengers carrying items that affect public safety shall refuse to enter the station or take a bus; if they refuse to obey management, they shall report to the public security organs for handling in accordance with the law..

Other prohibited behaviors within the scope of rail transit facilities stipulated in Article 34 of the Dalian Rail Transit Regulations:

(II) Parking vehicles, stacking debris or setting up stalls without authorization in stations, platforms, station halls, entrances and exits, and passages;

(II) Entering tracks, tunnels or other areas with prohibited entry signs without authorization;

(IV) Climbing and crossing walls, guardrails, tracks, rails, gates and other facilities;

(V) Obstructing safety doors and doors to close and forcibly get on and off the vehicle;

In addition to clear punishment measures for violations of the provisions of Article 34, Paragraph 1, Paragraph 2, Paragraph 6 to 13 of these Regulations, Article 34, Paragraph 3, Paragraph 4 and Paragraph 5 of these Regulations, Article 34, Paragraph 54 of the Regulations also stipulates that if the violations of the provisions of Article 34, Paragraph 4 and Paragraph 5 of these Regulations, the rail transit operation unit has the right to dissuade and stop the perpetrator and transfer it to the public security organ for handling in accordance with the law.
